We keep this simple, because what we do with your information is simple: we use it to respond to you and to run our business. We don’t sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone who isn’t helping us do those two things.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us. Our quote form asks for your name, email, phone number, company, facility type, and a description of the work you need. If you email or call us instead, we keep the contact information you provide.
When you book a discovery call. Scheduling runs through HubSpot’s meeting tool, which collects your name, email, and the time you pick.
When you browse the site. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages visited, time on page, general region, and how you found us. Analytics uses cookies and collects this information in aggregate; it does not give us your name or contact details. We also use Apollo, a business-data service, to recognize which company or organization a visitor is browsing from (for example, a utility or a manufacturer) so our team can prioritize follow-up. Apollo sets a first-party cookie and records the pages visited; it does not identify you as an individual.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request or inquiry. That’s the main one.
- To schedule and hold the calls you book.
- To keep a record of who we’ve talked to and what about, so we don’t ask you the same questions twice.
- To understand, in aggregate, how people find and use our site.
We do not sell your information. We do not send marketing to people who haven’t contacted us or asked to hear from us.
Who processes it for us
- HubSpot, our customer relationship system. Form submissions and meeting bookings are stored there so our team can follow up. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf under its own privacy commitments.
- Google Analytics, aggregate site-usage statistics.
- Apollo, company-level visitor identification (which organization a visit came from, never which person). Apollo processes this data under its own privacy commitments.
- Our website host, standard server logs (IP address, pages requested), kept for security and troubleshooting.
That’s the list. If it changes, this page changes.
Cookies
The site uses cookies for three things: HubSpot form and meeting functionality, Google Analytics measurement, and Apollo company-level visitor identification. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. Forms and scheduling may just be less convenient.
How long we keep it
Contact records stay in our CRM while there’s a real business relationship or a reasonable prospect of one. If you ask us to remove your information, we will.
